You may need to create an account to access certain features of BOS. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

If you create or manage a workspace, you are responsible for the activity of users that you invite or authorise to access that workspace.

You may enter, upload, or otherwise provide information through BOS. You retain responsibility for the information and content that you add to your account or workspace.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and process information through BOS.

You agree not to use BOS in a way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or intended to interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to BOS, another user's account, or any related systems or infrastructure.

Paid subscriptions may be subject to recurring billing according to the applicable billing period, unless cancelled or otherwise terminated.
