If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the applicable Betazu service.

Betazu provides software products and technology services designed to help individuals and businesses work with information, make decisions, manage operations, automate workflows, and use connected technology.

Different Betazu products may have additional terms, features, limitations, pricing, or documentation that apply to their use.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Betazu services.

Some Betazu products use workspaces to organize business, team, or personal activity.

Workspace owners and administrators may control access, roles, permissions, and membership within their workspaces.

If you join a workspace belonging to another person or organization, your access may be governed by that workspace's settings and permissions.

You agree to use Betazu services lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• Use the services to violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Betazu services.
• Circumvent security, access controls, or usage limitations.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful software.
• Use the services to infringe the rights of others.

You retain your rights in content and data that you submit to Betazu, except for rights expressly granted to Betazu under these terms or another applicable agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content or data to Betazu.

Betazu may process submitted content and data as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the applicable services, subject to applicable policies and agreements.

Certain Betazu products may use artificial intelligence or machine-learning technologies to generate suggestions, summaries, classifications, recommendations, or other outputs.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies and should be reviewed before being relied upon for important decisions or actions.

You remain responsible for evaluating outputs and determining whether they are appropriate for your particular circumstances.

Betazu and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Betazu services, software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and other materials provided by Betazu, except for rights belonging to users or third parties.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Betazu intellectual property to you.

Betazu services may integrate with or depend on third-party services, platforms, APIs, hosting providers, authentication providers, payment providers, or other technologies.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the third party's terms and policies.

Certain Betazu services or features may require payment. Applicable pricing, billing periods, usage limits, and subscription conditions will be presented before or during purchase.

Paid services may be subject to additional billing or subscription terms.

Betazu aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee that every service or feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Services may occasionally be modified, suspended, or unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security incidents, or circumstances beyond Betazu's reasonable control.

Betazu may suspend or restrict access to a service where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or third parties, or where there is a violation of these terms or applicable law.

You may stop using a Betazu service at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or contractual obligations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Betazu services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Betazu does not guarantee that the services will meet every particular requirement or that information, recommendations, or outputs generated through the services will always be complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betazu will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Betazu may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to its services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

When material changes are made, Betazu may provide reasonable notice through the applicable service or other appropriate means.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Betazu and the relationship between Betazu and the user, subject to any mandatory rights or protections provided by applicable law.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts or dispute resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
